Mark as Useful THIS MAN WITH AN ACCENT SAID THAT HE WORKED FOR THE SHAWN DAVIS LAW FIRM.. HE SAID THAT I WAS BEING SUED AND THAT I WOULD HAVE WARRANT ISSUED FOR MY ARREST... HE SAID THAT THEY WERE GETTING ME FOR CHECK FRAUD,AND 2 OTHER THINGS... HE SAID THAT I HAD GOTTEN AN ONLINE LOAN FROM A COMPANY AND THAT I RECIEVED THE FUNDS BUT WHEN THEY WENT TO TAKE OUT THE MONEY I OWED THEM THAT MY BANK DECLINED THEM.... I HAVE NEVER EVEN DONE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY AMERICAN CASH... NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THEM..I TOLD HIM THAT MY ATTORNEY WOULD BE GIVING THEM A CALL BACK AND HE HUNG UP ON ME....

Mark as Useful I have had 9 phone calls from this number in the past 7 days -- including one Sunday morning at 10:40 am. I know why they are calling but I still consider it harassment; calliing me repeatedly is not going to allow me to pay them any faster, nor is it likely to make me more likely to choose them to pay first.
